Shipping

At this stage we are only shipping to customers within New Zealand.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. 

Orders are dispatched from Hamilton, New Zealand.

Expected Delivery Times

• Courier (Urban) : within 2-3 working days
  
  
• Courier (Rural) : within 3-6 working days

Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that during the holiday season there will possibly be delays in the courier system and parcels may take longer to be delivered, these are not guaranteed delivery times.

Regrettably, neither Treasured Moments nor the Courier company are able to refund or replace items that have been lost, damaged or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property. 

We Use 100% Recycled Bags

We use R3pack's range of 100% Recycled bags, and these can be recycled into soft plastic collections located around NZ.

Pick Up Option
